fairsted%20150.jpgFairsted Kitchen has a new executive chef, Boston Magazine reports: former sous chef Jason Albus, who is an alum of Menton and Troquet. One of his first projects is to introduce a themed late-night menu that changes monthly. April is "Ma' Dukes: Southern-Style Late Night," May will feature Asian street food, and June will be gourmet sandwiches. [BM]
