Grill 23 & Bar is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year with a major revamp of the downstairs bar, including a big renovation and a new bar menu. On the food side, there are small plates (a twice-baked potato served "lazy" with skins on the side, mussels, a "daily bread," etc.), large plates ("salad with a side of steak" and more), and desserts, including a salty, chocolatey popcorn. Meanwhile, the drink program involves cocktails made with house-made bitters and liqueurs and a big focus on scotch.
Here's a look inside the space, which now includes floor-to-ceiling windows looking out onto Berkeley Street and plenty of classy leather.
