Cozy up in a red leather booth at Downtown Crossing's newest opening, The Merchant — an "American brasserie" co-owned by Sycamore co-owner Shane Smyth. Craigie on Main alums Matt Foley and Tim McQuinn are in the kitchen as executive chef and sous chef, respectively, and the restaurant features a large beer selection and entrees like duck a l'orange and pork two ways.
