The recently-vacated Enso Sushi space on Kneeland St. could soon be home to a new restaurant called Mad for Chicken. Boston Restaurant Talk notes that it could be connected to a group of Korean fried chicken restaurants by the same name in New York and New Jersey. [BRT]
