The Globe chats with Galina Slezinger of Cafe St. Petersburg, an authentic Russian restaurant in Newton Center. It's common to see Russian athletes there as Slezinger's father "was a celebrity photographer who covered Olympians through the 1960s and '70s" when the family lived in Moscow, and he has kept in touch with many of his subjects.
