The Globe chats with Galina Slezinger of Cafe St. Petersburg, an authentic Russian restaurant in Newton Center. It's common to see Russian athletes there as Slezinger's father "was a celebrity photographer who covered Olympians through the 1960s and '70s" when the family lived in Moscow, and he has kept in touch with many of his subjects. "For Bostonians who want to eat like they're in Sochi during the Winter Olympics," Slezinger recommended her "signature borscht." [BG]
