Porkapalooza Continues; West Bridge's Meatless Mondays

BACK BAY — The Salty Pig's monthly "Porkapalooza" series continues on Monday, March 3 with visiting chef Sam Jackson of KO Pies. Jackson will battle Salty Pig executive chef Kevin O'Donnell and chef Michael Lombardi Jr., creating a dish that features ham hock. The dishes will be served family-style, and attendees will determine the champion. $100 will be donated to a charity of the winner's choice. Tickets are $30 and can be purchased online. [Eventbrite]
