Brownstone's Boozy Industry Brunch; Taste of Iceland

WASHINGTON SQUARE — On March 1 from 3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., The Fireplace and a Massachusetts Historical Society research associate take a look back at the Boston Massacre and the right to a fair trial. $25 admission includes "patriotic libations & vittles," like "Grandma Quincy's clam chowder" and pickled salmon on currant walnut bread. Rialto is offering a special tasting menu each night in collaboration with Icelandic chef Hákon Már Örvarsson, several Icelandic bands will perform at a free "Reykjavik Calling" concert at the Middle East on March 15, and the Liberty Hotel will host a free Reyka vodka craft cocktail class on March 16.
