A new restaurant called Mystic Station will open in downtown Malden in late March or early April, according to co-owner Nicole Palazzolo. It'll be taking over the District 7 space at 139 Pleasant Street. Palazzolo tells Eater that the "focus will be house made upscale pub style food and new and inventive drinks along with craft beer." Plus, there will be weekend live entertainment. The website promises a "warm fireplace," "colossal burgers," "seasonal libations," and more. Mystic Station will be open from 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Monday through Wednesday and 11:30 a.m. to 1 a.m. Thursday through Sunday.
