The addresses: 94 Belvidere St., Boston, MA 02115 (The Prudential) and 61 Station Landing, Medford, MA 02155 (Station Landing)
The damage: $349,000 ($127.75 per square foot) for both "high volume" locations
Founded in 1988, Cold Stone Creamery has over 1,400 ice cream across the world — and now two of those can be yours. The "cold stone" refers to a literal cold slab of stone upon which the ice cream is mixed to order with a number of different candies and fruits. Two "high volume" locations are up for grabs as a package deal — one at the Prudential and one at Medford's Station Landing. Combined, they earned a gross income of $860,764 last year.
It's the businesses you'd be buying, not the physical space, so you'd also have to pay $6,908/month for the Boston space and $7,216/month for Medford, although the landlords are willing to renegotiate with the new owner. Both leases expire in 2016 with the option to renew.
Don't want both? The Prudential location is also listed on its own for $169,000.
