Tony Maws on CBS' "The Dish"

Tony Maws of Craigie on Main and The Kirkland Tap & Trotter appeared on "The Dish," part of CBS This Morning: Saturday, this past weekend to talk about his background, show off some Morrocan harroset braised lamb shanks and other dishes, and discuss the challenge of running two restaurants while still wanting to do some of the cooking yourself.
