M.C. Spiedo opened two days ago in the former 606 Congress space in the Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel, and the ambiance is downright theatrical, from the red curtains hiding away booths to the giant golden columns. Spiedo is an homage to the Italian Renaissance, focusing on rotisserie cooking. Take a look inside.
