Opus Affair "TAG Dinner"; Aurum on TV Tonight

LONGWOOD — The next Opus Affair "TAG Dinner" takes place this Sunday, February 6th, at a mystery home in the Longwood Medical Area. The goal of the TAG series is to "inspire synergistic dialogue between chefs and musicians." A chef (this time, Josh Lewin of Beacon Hill Bistro) creates a menu based on the music chosen for the evening (this time, by Brother Cleve), who picks the music based on the previous event's menu, and so on. Katrina Jazayeri of Belly Wine Bar is also onboard, handling the beverages. There are only a few seats left; tickets are $75. [Eventbrite]

ON TELEVISION — Aurum, a new restaurant in Jamaica Plain, will be featured on the Food Network's Buy This Restaurant tonight at 9pm. The show tracks the Aurum team's process as they found a location for the restaurant. [FN]

CHARLESTOWN — Downeast Cider House wants to offer tours at its Terminal St. facility, which would include sample pours. The licensing board decides tomorrow whether to allow this. [UHub]
