After the success of her first two cookbooks, Flour: A Baker's Collection of Spectacular Recipes and its follow-up, Flour, Too: Indispensable Recipes for the Cafe's Most Loved Sweets & Savories, Joanne Chang will release her third title in the coming year.
Baking with Less Sugar: Recipes for Desserts Using Natural Sweeteners and Little-to-No White Sugar is set to be released April 15, 2015 and is available to pre-order now. It contains more than 60 recipes that make use of honey, maple syrup, fruit juices, and other sweet alternatives to plain old white sugar. Some of the recipes are reworked versions of classics from the bakery while others are brand new.
