Koy has set an opening date: December 9, which is this coming Tuesday. It'll be open for both lunch and dinner. As previously reported, Volle Nolle alum and prolific Instagram food pornographer Sebastian Martinez is chef, and he's been sharing photos of a ton of potential dishes, from carnitas dumplings to fried kimchi salad.
According to the restaurant's Facebook page, it'll be open from 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. Sunday through Wednesday and 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. Thursday through Saturday.
