InBoston, a Korean fried chicken restaurant that also serves Korean-inspired tacos, is expanding again, according to Boston Restaurant Talk. The original location opened on Bedford Street downtown in late January 2014, followed by the summer opening of a second outpost near Symphony Hall. The first location is only open for lunch; the second is generally open from 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. and also offers soondubu, a Korean soft tofu stew.
The third will open in the former Tom Can Cook space at 374 Moody Street in Waltham. No word yet on when it'll open or whether the hours and menu will be more like the downtown location or the Symphony one.
