Farmhouse, Boston's latest pop-up, holds its debut event at an undisclosed Somerville location on Sunday, December 7. Creator Matt Cunningham (of The Sinclair, Strip-T's, and UpStairs on the Square) tells Eater that Farmhouse events will be held both at restaurants and private houses, and there will be a focus on offal, fermentation, and aging (the Facebook description adds in "science" and "fun" as well.) The menu and location will change each time, and events will feature various guest chefs and bartenders from around Boston.
The December 7 event features a meat-filled four-course menu ("with a surprise or two shoved in") that includes crispy duck feet, fried pig's brain, and crispy beef tendon. Here's a look at the full menu (subject to change). Tickets are $45 per person; BYOB.
