INMAN SQUARE — Starting this week, East by Northeast is introducing a "Noodle Power Hour" (well, two hours) from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. For $25, get a noodle dish, a bun, and a small plate.
UNION SQUARE — With the recent opening of its very own non-shared space, Union Square Donuts promised an expansion of hours, and they're about to make it happen. Starting tomorrow, they'll be open from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Tuesdays and Wednesdays (in addition to the same hours Thursday and Friday and 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on weekends.) Now they'll only be closed on Mondays.
JAMAICA PLAIN — JP Beer Garden is popping up again on Saturday, December 6, beginning at 6 p.m., serving homemade mulled wine and pretzels while attendees browse goods from local artisans, including Jeremy Ogusky (Ogusky Ceramics), Apotheker's Kitchen (Russ and Shari Apotheker), and more. Admission is free; items can be purchased via cash or card at the event, dubbed Meeting of the Makers.
