State Park Updates Offerings With Gumbo Poutine, Pimento Gougeres, and More

Say hello to a rotating large format dish, such as a confit lamb shoulder for four. And don't worry; some of the classics (Memphis BBQ Spaghetti, for one) are still on the menu.

"As Hungry Mother’s obnoxious little sister we are highlighting the family connection, taking inspiration from Hungry Mother’s Southern roots and flavor-forward dishes and adapting them to suit our more casual atmosphere," State Park promises in a press release announcing new lunch, dinner, and cocktail menus. "Think: locally sourced veggies, re-imagined classics, oysters, house made pastrami and always pie!"

Here's a look at the new offerings, from gumbo poutine (with Wisconsin curds) to house pastrami (with rye biscuits, beer mustard, and pickles).
