Gracie's Ice Cream Opens for Real Today at 3 p.m.

After some unforeseen delays because the universe is cruel, Gracie's Ice Cream triumphantly opens this afternoon at 3 p.m., according to co-owner Aaron Cohen. While "new flavors will debut constantly" as they're made, there's a starting roster of 12 flavors. Keep an eye out for Swedish Apple Pie later this week, and beyond that, the menu will "rapidly" grow to include things like smoothies, frappes, and ice cream sandwiches. Deal alert: If you buy two pints before Thanksgiving, you get a free ice cream cone.
