It's the end of an era at Craigie on Main, where the beloved brunch will happen for the last time on Sunday, December 28, reports the Globe. But a few other things are happening, so dry those burger-loving tears. For one thing, Craigie will add Monday night dinner service beginning on January 5; it'll now be open daily. And a lot of the brunch dishes will end up being served at Maws' year-old Kirkland Tap & Trotter.
The Globe also notes that the Tap & Trotter will add Saturday brunch service from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., beginning December 6, in addition to the existing Sunday brunch, and the restaurant will launch a weekend cafe the same day, serving light breakfast items, coffee and tea, and the like, available to-go, from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Update: Craigie will still serve brunch on select holidays, like New Year's Day, Easter, and Mother's Day, according to a press release.
