Blue Inc. to Reboot as New Restaurant Without Jason Santos

Not only is Blue Inc. closed, the Jason Santos vehicle will not return with the Hell's Kitchen runner-up.

A source close to the restaurant confirms that the shutter is temporary. The twist is that the space will reboot as a new concept and under a new name, all sans Santos. Blue Inc. was open just over three years. Santos fans can still catch the chef at Abby Lane and Back Bay Harry's.
