Noodles & Company, a Colorado-based chain, will be opening a new location in Medford in addition to its other Massachusetts locations in Burlington and Shrewsbury, Boston Restaurant Talk reports. Further outside of Boston, Westwood and Woburn are also getting outposts of the noodle-centric chain.
Noodles & Company recently posted a Craigslist ad for "fun, energetic, and growth-oriented managers" to run its upcoming locations, adding that in the future they plan on opening up to 46 more.
The gist of the chain is that diners choose an entree (noodle dishes drawing from Asian, American, and Italian influences), a bowl size, a meat or tofu, and add-ons like soup or salad. There are also sandwiches, potstickers, garlic bread, and a few other options.
