Rox Cafe Closes in Newton Highlands

With a sign on its doors thanking patrons for their support, Rox Café has apparently closed for good, according to Boston Restaurant Talk. The Newton Highland cafe opened in the summer of 2013 in the former Baker's Best space and was part of a small collection of cafes owned by the same group who run Rox Diner in West Roxbury and Newtonville, both of which remain open.
