Collin Davis (Bergamot, Casa B) is hosting another pop-up at Casa B tonight, October 28. (Last time, there was fried chicken.) On the menu for this all-you-can-eat-for-$15 evening: slow-roasted pork shoulder tacos with two kinds of salsa ("including #pumpkinspiced," he tells Eater) and street corn, not to mention "loud music" and a "rockstar attitude." Plus, there's dessert — miso caramel apple empanadillas. There will be some special cocktails available for purchase, too.
Added bonus: If you attend, you can help Davis come up with a name for his pop-up (which will keep popping up in the future). If he picks your name, you get free food at his pop-ups for life. The festivities start at 10 p.m. and last until 1 a.m., or until the food runs out.
