Season to Taste Catering hosts private dinner parties and other events at its Cambridge venue, The Table, and until now, it wasn't possible for diners to just drop in for a meal. But that changes this weekend with the introduction of a weekly Sunday brunch, open to the public from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. It's a three-course prix-fixe meal, set at $19, and the debut menu includes options like a sweet potato waffle with a grilled pear and maple butter (add $3 to top with a fried chicken thigh) and apple cider beignets with balsamic caramel. No alcohol yet, but it's in the works.
The menu will change weekly, and a newsletter promises "an eclectic playlist ranging from punk rock to bluegrass," courtesy of DJ Silent Craig.
