Bagelsaurus opened Thursday in Cambridge's Porter Square, as previously reported, and tipsters and Twitter evidence point to insane lines. But the hour wait was "totally worth it," tweeted one fan. The bagel shop began as a pop-up at Cutty's in Brookline that also attracted quite long lines throughout its stay there.
Yelpers are already spilling five-star praises like:
- "Bagelsaurus bakes bagels with...a crunch and chewiness and hint of yeastiness that will please your bagel hankering belly."
- "Amazing. One of the best I've ever had. Totally worth a wait :)"
- "The bagels are super chewy with a good sourdough tang beautiful beautiful bubbly tops. Hooray!"
- "Everything about this place was delightfully chewy."
Bagelsaurus is closed Mondays; it'll reopen at 7 a.m. tomorrow. Maybe consider getting in line right now.
