With more than 100 colleges and universities in the Boston area, a food truck named Soupa Baked was probably inevitable. Whether or not those who crowd somewhat lethargically up to its window upon launching will be expecting Trini-style soups and sandwiches is yet to be seen, but the new truck has launched Twitter and Instagram accounts in anticipation of hitting the road soon.
