A Hawaiian Food Truck Could Hit the Boston Streets Next Year

Lilo's Plates will serve dishes like veggie curries and loco moco (a dish that typically includes rice, a hamburger patty, a fried egg, and gravy).

Lilo's Plates will be part of next year's new batch of food trucks, reports Hub Food Trucks. The Hawaiian truck is looking to launch in 2015 and already previewed its wares at the NAAAP Boston Asian Business Festival, including loco moco and "island veggie curry." The plan is to serve three main dishes and two rotating specials each day. Stay tuned for more.
