Fans of Michael Schlow's shuttered Radius still dream of the burger, and now it will be available for a limited time only at one of his remaining restaurants, Via Matta, according to a newsletter. Served only in the enoteca on a first come, first served basis, the burger will be on the menu for lunch and dinner from January 13th through January 25th. The $19 meaty favorite racked up a lot of accolades in its heyday; in a 2012 Boston Magazine list of Boston's best burgers, it earned praise for its "premium components" like "flowing, sharp Vermont cheddar" and a "well-seasoned patty" that warranted the high price tag (and calories).
UPDATE: Read on for all the details of the burger special. (Fries! Milkshakes!)
