Bastille Kitchen, a French restaurant from Mistral co-owner Seth Greenberg, is set to open in February in Fort Point, according to a Craigslist post; the restaurant is now hiring for all positions. The restaurant's Facebook page also names Cafeteria owner Cameron Grob and Ritz-Carlton executive sous chef Adam Kube as being involved with the project.
According to the job posting, the 11,000-square-foot "Parisian bistro" will have 240 seats over two floors, which will include two private function spaces and a bar area in addition to an "intimate" dining room. Reports from a year ago noted "moderate" prices and many locally-sourced items, except for the cheese, which will be French.
