Some examples: F is for frikandel, a burger/hot dog hybrid at Saus; J is for jerky — try Sarma, M.F. Dulock, or Bánh Mì Ba Le; and X is for xiao long bao (soup dumplings), like at Dumpling Cafe. [BM]
