Eat a Ramen Burger at Ki Bistro, Now Open Near BU

Photo: Ki Bistro/Facebook

Last week, a report on the magical existence of ramen lasagna as a current special at jm Curley ended with the question of when Boston would get ramen burgers, which are currently causing cronut levels of mania in New York. Well, good news. They're already here.

Ki Bistro opened earlier this month near Packard's Corner, not far from BU, serving "Asian inspired food" — which includes burgers, which include a ramen bun option. Diners can also get their burgers on buns made of rice — or just regular brioche buns. As for the burgers themselves, there are a few different types, like a kimchi burger (ground beef, kimchi) or a gochujang burger (choice of ground beef, pork, or chicken with Korean chili paste and pickled vegetables). Ki Bistro is open from 11am-10pm Sunday through Thursday and 11am-11pm Friday and Saturday.
