Cake + Macaron = Cakearon, Obviously

Cronut mania is waning, but a reader has alerted us to a different Very Important Pastry hybrid creation happening at Violette, a gluten-free Cambridge bakery: the cakearon. It's a dairy-free lovechild of chocolate cake and a macaron (with dark chocolate ganache).
