Ramen Lasagna Is a Thing That Exists

The local ramen frenzy is continuing with crazy ramenesque offshoots. This weekend, there'll be matzoh ball ramen at a Jewish-meets-Asian cuisine Kitchen Kibitz pop-up at Shojo. And on the newest Bauers' Big Board at jm Curley, there's ramen lasagna. Let that sink in for a moment.

In said ramen lasagna, diners will find braised pork shoulder and belly, bean sprouts, cabbage, scallion, and extra broth. And the rest of executive chef Chris Bauers' new specials aren't too shabby either. Take a peek.
