Last night on Top Chef New Orleans, the brave contestants had to compete in a two-part Quickfire to win a "snoozefest of a car." And then they had to create a dish inspired by their time in New Orleans for chefs Emeril Lagasse, Grant Achatz, Andrew Carmellini, and Douglas Keane.
