SOMERVILLE — Next Thursday, January 30th, Casa B and Daddy Jones are trading bartenders. Each will feature five of their signature cocktails. Pick one for the evening — or why not hit both? [FB]

DOWNTOWN CROSSING — Marliave's Little Bar, seating six and allowing for about six more to stand, is now open through June 1st on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, starting at 5pm. The full menu and some cocktails are available. You can either ring the bell at 51 Province St. or check with the hostess at the main door. [FB]
