Ribelle introduced brunch this past weekend, so now you only have to get through a few more boring, weekday breakfasts before heading over there to check it out. The menu will change frequently, but take a look at the first incarnation, from burnt cinnamon rolls with apple butter and cream cheese frosting to potato raviolo with beef hash, salsa verde, and yolk. Served 11:00am-2:30pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
UPDATE: Brunch actually begins this coming weekend, January 25-26th, not this past weekend, so if you were feeling heartbroken about missing the debut, cry no more.
