Stacey Daley, chef at Central Bottle Wine + Provisions in Central Square, won a Good Food Award in the "Preserves" category last night in San Francisco for her Juliet Tomato Jam with Hand Harvested Fennel Pollen. The awards were presented by two industry greats, author and critic Ruth Reichl and Chez Panisse chef/owner Alice Waters.
