Here Comes the Cutest Dumpling Monster, Moyzilla

Over the summer, Jonathan Moy chatted with Eater about his upcoming food truck, Moyzilla, which will offer things like yakitori and gyoza (prepare for an "Animal Style" dumpling inspired by a "secret" menu item from popular West Coast fast-food chain In-N-Out Burger.) Now, it's almost a reality. Along with tens of other food truck owners, new and old, Moy participated in yesterday's food truck lottery for spring 2014 vending spots, noting on Facebook that the truck snagged "some great spots" on the Greenway.

Moy has been sharing lots of other updates on Facebook as well; the truck design is apparently finished — and purple — and it will be revealed soon. In the meantime, the adorable logo is complete. And he'd love to find some private locations for a soft opening in March before the official spring season kicks off, so hit him up if your office could use some dumplings.
