The address: One Merrimac Street, aka 50-158 Friend Street, Boston, MA 02114 (Downtown)
The damage: Price not disclosed. Add your best guess below. The building itself is 460 square feet, and the property includes "32,000 square feet of development rights by special permit."

The free-standing building housing Cuppacoffee and an ATM is up for grabs for an undisclosed sum. "The property provides new ownership with the option to exercise various development scenarios in the future," according to its listing from Boston Realty Advisors on LoopNet.

The executive summary praises the space as "a 100% occupied jewel box urban asset" that also includes a 16-car parking lot, enclosed bike parking, and "the largest private charging station in the city" for electric cars. Plus, there's tons of foot traffic from nearby Haymarket, North Station, and TD Garden (more than 10 million pedestrians and vehicles each year, claims the summary). Cuppacoffee, a "popular local cafe" that opened in May 2013 and serves Australian meat pies, has a "long-term lease," along with the adjoining TD Bank ATM.
