A 6,000-Pound Wood-Fired Pizza Oven on Wheels

How does one fit a 6000-pound wood-fired pizza oven on a food truck? With five men and six hours, apparently. Stoked Wood Fired Pizza Co. is set to hit the Boston food truck circuit this spring. The new truck attended the lottery today to vie for vending locations for Tuesdays and Thursdays, and it has already secured spots on the Greenway for Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

The owners of the truck are Scott Riebling, whom 90s alt-rock fans may recognize from the band Letters to Cleo, and Toirm Miller, whom vegetarians may recognize from the Jack and the Bean Bowl cart that used to roam Copley.
