UNION SQUARE — Bronwyn's jumping into the burger game. The "Bronburger" is now available (at the bar only) for $13, according to a rep for the restaurant, and this meaty beauty is made of an 80:20 mix of local grass-fed beef and Wagyu brisket. The patty is studded with house-made bacon pieces, and it's served on an oat-honey challah roll. On top, there's melted comté cheese, honey mustard, and a slaw (sauerkraut, pickles, and raw cabbage). On the side, Gruner sauce (a German seven-herb mayo) and a mountain of potato salad, which is topped with shoestring onion rings, which are tossed in paprika and bacon bits. You're welcome.
