A restaurant called Angel's Share could be headed to Inman Square, and Boston Restaurant Talk reports that Bergamot chef/owner Keith Pooler is involved, based on the agenda of an upcoming licensing commission hearing. A public notice also names Bergamot GM/owner Servio Garcia as part of the Angel's Share team. As Boston Restaurant Talk notes, the Inman Square space, which is a few blocks beyond Puritan & Co., appears to be under the ownership of Clover.

Pooler is applying to serve beer and wine, and the restaurant would have 49 seats (including a dining room and bars) in about 1500 square feet of street level space. Proposed hours are 11am to 1am daily.

"Angels' share" (usually written in the plural, as opposed to 'angel's,') poetically refers to the wine or spirits that evaporate from an oak barrel during aging. In New York City's East Village, a speakeasy-style bar called Angel's Share is nestled across from an NYU dorm and has garnered quite a bit of acclaim.
