Lineage Pop-Up at BCAE; Whisky Live

BACK BAY — Drinkers of whisky, the Park Plaza Castle is calling your name this Wednesday, October 2nd. Whisky Magazine returns with their tasting event, Whisky Live, featuring more than 150 scotches, bourbons, and whiskies. There's also an "Indie Spirits Pavilion" featuring small-batch gin, mezcal, vodka, and liqueurs. Tickets begin at $119.

BACK BAY — On Saturday, October 5th, chefs, food writers, farmers, and more will gather at Copley for the Let's Talk About Food Festival, a collaboration between the Globe and Whole Foods. The schedule features free talks, forums, demonstrations, movie screenings, and more. [Boston.com]

SOUTH END — Urban Grape has moved its popular chef pop-up events over to the BCAE, and the next one takes place this Sunday, October 6th, at 6:30pm, featuring Lineage's new executive chef, Alex Saenz.
