T.W. Food is introducing a new menu tonight that aims to "reemphasize [the restaurant's] commitment to the grand tradition of European cooking, with France and Italy at its core," according to a newsletter. There are more prix fixe options, "exciting new delicacies," and vegan dishes. And because everyone's morally obligated to go crazy about pumpkin this time of year, there's sformato, a souffle-like concoction, with pumpkin custard, cinnamon, melon, and prosciutto "san daniele." Ogle the menu here.
