There are more prix fixe options, "exciting new delicacies," and vegan dishes. And because everyone's morally obligated to go crazy about pumpkin this time of year, there's sformato, a souffle-like concoction, with pumpkin custard, cinnamon, melon, and prosciutto "san daniele."
