Boston's third outlet of London-based Prêt A Manger will open on Monday, September 30th, according to a rep for the fast-casual chain. It has taken over the former Eastern Mountain Sports space on Boylston St., across from the Pru. Last November, the first two local shops opened at 185 Franklin Street and 507 Boylston Street. As the name suggests in French, Prêt A Manger offers "ready to eat" food, particularly breakfast and lunch items like oatmeal, salads, and wraps. The company prides itself on avoiding "obscure chemicals, additives and preservatives."
