Open for just over a month, Tim Maslow and his crew at Brookline's Ribelle are apparently feeling comfortable enough in the kitchen to start offering a weekend late night menu. Pictured above — and available Fridays and Saturdays from 11:00 pm to 1:00 am — the menu consists of pizza and subs and features bottles of wine the restaurant may be running low on. The menu was first offered on Saturday, and the "Tonight's Mise" pizza that evening was topped with sausage gravy, potato, egg, and pork rinds.
