Ribelle opened a month ago to much fanfare, the first solo project from Tim Maslow of Strip-T's. In case you haven't made it over to Brookline's Washington Square to try Maslow's sourdough passatelli and olive oil ice cream yet, here's a peak inside the vastly transformed space that used to house Tamarind Bay.
