An Eater tipster shares this menu from the new Snappy Ramen, which was, until very recently, Snappy Sushi. According to our tipster, the menu and name changes at the Davis Square restaurant happened just this week. The owner of Snappy Ramen also owns Yakitori Zai (which is still waiting to reopen after a remodel with a more ramen-centric menu) and the Newbury St. location of Snappy Sushi. An employee at that Boston location informs Eater that some ramen is now on the menu, but there are no plans to become a ramen-ya like the Somerville shop.
In other ramen news, Cambridge's Yume wo Katare has set up a Facebook event for their upcoming August 30 reopening. The page indicates the restaurant has been remodeled during its summer closure.
