Eater recently provided a sneak peak into the remodeled Forum, the last business still closed by the Marathon bombing of April 15. Last night, the restaurant held a public ribbon cutting ceremony attended by dignitaries such as Mayor Tom Menino on its patio, while those who were present four months prior gathered inside for a private event. While many guests still were using crutches or had other permanent physical scars from that day, the air had the same nervous, excited, and jovial vibe of any restaurant opening.
Public dinner service resumes tonight.
